Sexy lingerie

Sexy lingerie is certainly a matter of the eye of the beholder. In 2007 an online article written by a previous editor of the men's magazine Loaded aimed at providing a male perspective on what lingerie types were sexiest. It included the opinions of a "renowned style journalist" and a features director of men's magazine GQ.

While the article purported to offer some surprises, in reality it showed that even such a small selection of men did not fully agree on what made sexy lingerie. Interestingly enough, an older study from the mid-1980s suggested that 60% of women in the working world reported wearing what they would label sexy lingerie under their clothing. Today, it is also very common to hear statements about attractive underwear being worn with no intention of anyone seeing it save the wearer.

This is an important consideration to keep in mind when it comes to the purchase of sexy lingerie. Often, people enjoy such items because of the way in which the material can encourage self-confidence. With this in mind, it is pretty wise to enhance this boost by acknowledging the value which one's own tastes play in life.
